WHY DO SPORTS AND TRAINING WHEN AGING?
When someone trains, walks or goes for a run when aging, the possibility to age healthy is much higher. Even if you only start with easy mobility exercises you can increase you well being.
For sport it’s never too late!
Within age related illnesses, such as back pain, joint pain or cardiovascular illness a controlled and limited training is reasonable!
Mostly the start into training and the right choices of exercises are the biggest difficulties for my clients. Therefore as physio therapist and health consultant I will assist and advice you.
