Personal Training is a one-on-one training which takes place wherever you want (at home, in a gym, in the office or in the nature) and at a time that suites you best. By carefully analyzing your personal goals, exercise history and fitness assessments, I will design an exercise program that is effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs.
